Renting a studio
We have a number of studios available for rent ranging from £200-£150 per calendar month in Newbiggin Community Arts Centre.
Included in the rent is
• Electricity
• Gas
• Water
• Council tax
• Wi-fi Access

Provided for tenants
• 24/7 access to the building; a key to the front door and alarm codes
• A meeting room available @£10 per hour
