Hello Yogis

Just a quick reminder about the next block of 6 Pure Intermediate Classes starting this week (28th Oct).

We will be investigating the philosophy behind yoga along side a strong physical practice including inversions. But don't worry if this sounds hard, as usual we will take this step by step breaking it down to your own personal level.

Pure Intermediate Yoga - starting 28th Oct, time 5.45 - 7.15pm for 6 weeks at Newcastle Buddhist Centre. Cost £40 or £36 for concessions, or £7.50 drop in fee.
